Terms of Service
By using WTWN, you agree to these terms. Yes, there's legal stuff ahead because sites unfortunately need it. But we've tried to keep it as short and matter-of-fact as possible.

The Basics
By using WTWN, you agree to use it responsibly and accept that the service may evolve. This includes but is not limited to things like:
- You'll use WTWN for personal purposes
- You won't abuse the service or try to break it
- You're responsible for your account security
- You accept that we may modify or discontinue features
Guest Mode
Guest mode stores your data locally on your device, allowing you to use the service without a registered account. Guest mode has an important limitation: if you somehow delete your cookies, we can no longer connect to the data on your device. If you use guest mode, you accept this limitation. Registered Account
A registered account stores your data on our servers, allowing you to sync across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Pick a strong password and keep it safe. Learn more about registered accounts.
Account termination
Here's the deal: we can terminate your account at any time for any reason. That sounds scary but it's not meant to be. It's just being straightforward instead of giving you 20 paragraphs of legalese covering every possible scenario. In practice, we doubt this will happen to 99.9% of those using our service. But if there's abuse, spam, or something genuinely problematic, we reserve the right to act.
FYI: If you want to delete your account, you can do so in Settings. Doing so deletes your data, and we cannot restore it (so export your data before deleting!).
Content & Data
Your content
Your watchlists, ratings, and notes belong to you. We don't claim ownership of your data.
TV Show & movie information
Show and movie data comes from TMDB. It might sometimes be inaccurate, but we are not responsible for that (and compiling this information is hard, so there will always be issues. We appreciate what TMDB provides!).
Service Availability
We aim to keep WTWN running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. This includes but is not limited to things like:
What this means
- We may have downtime for maintenance or updates
- Features may change or be removed
- Bugs will happen, and we'll work to fix them as we can
Liability Limitation
Boilerplate disclaimer time! To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTWN and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, within the USA. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll notify you with a site banner and/or other communication. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
